Mark Sarria
Prior to VelocityNex, Mark spent eight years at Qmatic in leadership roles including Director of Client Solutions, Product Evangelist, and Sr. Solutions Engineer. He personally led the implementation of DataConnect and worked directly with agencies across North America to solve the last-mile gap in queue analytics.
Mark holds a degree in Business Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University.
Ben Smith
Ben served as Director of Sales and Public Sector Practice Leader at Qmatic for over five years. He led enterprise sales for Federal, State, and Municipal government entities throughout the U.S. and Canada, navigating the complex procurement and policy constraints unique to the public sector.
Ben is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Data Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
