This Privacy Policy describes how Remarqably Digital Ventures, LLC, doing business as VelocityNex ('VelocityNex,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') collects, uses, and protects information.

VelocityNex provides a serverless data pipeline and analytics platform (The Service) primarily for government agencies and enterprise organizations. This policy covers both our corporate website and the data processed through our Service.

Our Role

Our Role in Data Protection

To minimize risk and ensure clarity, VelocityNex operates in two capacities:

  • •Data Controller: We are the controller for information collected on our website (e.g., contact forms).
  • •Data Processor / Service Provider: We act as a processor for the queue management data ingested from our Clients (the 'Data Controllers'). Our processing is governed by this policy and our specific Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with those clients.
Data Collection

A. Website Interactions

We collect identifiers you provide directly (Name, Email, Business Name) to respond to inquiries. We do not use this for behavioral advertising or consumer profiling.

B. Service Data (Queue Management Data)

Our Service ingests data from client queue systems (e.g., Qmatic). To protect individual privacy, our ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Pipeline performs the following:

  • •Automated PII Scrubbing: During the 'Clean' phase of ingestion, we automatically scrub and discard direct identifiers, including customer names, personal phone numbers, and full email addresses.
  • •Anonymization: Data stored in our analytics environment is pseudonymized or anonymized to focus on operational metrics (wait times, service durations, volumes).
Security

Multi-Tenant Isolation & Security

We implement 'Privacy by Design' through our infrastructure:

  • •Schema Isolation: Every client (tenant) is isolated into a separate database schema. There is no commingling of data between different organizations.
  • •Row-Level Security (RLS): We enforce strict RLS policies to ensure that data access is restricted to authorized users within a specific tenant.
  • •Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AWS KMS and in transit via TLS 1.2 or higher.
Retention

Data Retention & Minimization

We adhere to strict data lifecycles to reduce liability:

  • •Raw Source Data: Purged from our ingestion buffers within 90 days.
  • •Processed Analytics Data: Retained for the duration of the Service Agreement, typically not exceeding 12 months of rolling history, unless otherwise contracted.
  • •Offboarding: Upon contract termination, all tenant-specific schemas, S3 prefixes, and credentials are wiped via our automated destruction scripts within 30 days.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • •Right to Know/Access: Request categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
  • •Right to Delete & Correct: Request deletion or correction of inaccurate information.
  • •Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: VelocityNex does not sell personal information for monetary value. We do not 'share' data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • •Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our website is configured to recognize and honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests.
  • •Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law (e.g., providing the analytics service).
International

International Transfers & GDPR (EU/UK/Swiss)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland:

  • •Lawful Basis: We process data based on Legitimate Interest (B2B communication) or Performance of a Contract (providing the Service to your employer).
  • •Data Transfers: Data is stored in AWS us-west-2 (Oregon, USA). We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.
  • •Your Rights: You have the right to object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We utilize limited third-party 'Sub-processors' to provide our Service:
